1. Free Trial
NxSchools offers a 4-day free trial for new users to experience the services before purchasing a subscription. During the trial period, users can cancel their subscription at any time without being charged.
2. Cancellation Policy
Subscribers may cancel their recurring subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 14 days of your subscription start date. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of NxSchools.
Refunds may be issued for:
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the service, and which our support team is unable to resolve (proof may be required).
- Billing errors caused by NxSchools (e.g., double billing).
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, change in schedule).
- Issues caused by third-party devices or software not related to NxSchools.
- Requests made after the 14-day eligibility window, except in rare, documented exceptions.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Subscription start date
- Reason for the refund request with supporting details if applicable
5. Refund Processing
Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

NxSchools reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.
